Very comfortable only thing I would have done differently is order a large instead of an extra large. I live a nice big butt , but the xl is just a little too large to be comfortable.

How do I wash my pillow?

Every pillow order includes a washable yoga pant cover. You can remove the cover and wash it in any washing machine the same as your other clothes! If the pillow itself needs cleaning, you can use a Clorox pen or clean it with a wet cloth!
