If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange your pillow within 30 days of delivery.
Free returns
Returns are free — we cover return shipping for US orders within the 30-day window. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after we receive the returned item.
Every pillow order includes three free mini-butt keychains. If you return your pillow, keep the keychains — our gift for giving it a try. Just send back the pillow (and cover) in the original packaging when possible.
Free exchange
Not sure which model is your match? You get one free exchange within 30 days to swap sizes/colors. Email us at info@thebuttresspillow.com with your order number and preferred model/color. We’ll send a prepaid return label and ship your replacement — no extra shipping charges for the exchange.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Discreet returns
Return labels are discreet and do not display our company name or product details.
How to start a return or exchange

- We’ll send instructions and a prepaid return label.
- Ship the pillow back; keep your free keychains.
- We’ll process your refund or ship your exchange once the return is in transit / received.
