RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus return shipping costs which is around $10. You may keep the stickers and keychains and just send back the pillow and cover!

EXCHANGES

We only replace the same item if it arrives defective or damaged.

If you'd like to exchange your pillow for a different model, just email us at info@thebuttresspillow.com with the color and size you'd like. We'll either refund or invoice you for any price difference, and send you a prepaid refurn label. Once the return is in transit, we'll ship your replacement - no extra shipping charges.

DETAILS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, please reach out to our team and let them know the situation. We will find a suitable solution. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be placed back in the original packaging.

We will send you a pre-paid return label to be placed on your package and dropped off at USPS. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs which will be around $10 from the United States. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  

  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
