Our free US shipping option is through USPS ground. All pillows ship completely discreet from our warehouse in Malvern, Pennsylvania and are delivered within 5 business days anywhere in the US. Worldwide and expedited options are also available!

How do I wash my pillow?

Every pillow order includes a washable yoga pant cover. You can remove the cover and wash it in any washing machine the same as your other clothes! If the pillow itself needs cleaning, you can use a Clorox pen or clean it with a wet cloth!
