We want you to absolutely love your Buttress Pillow. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your pillow within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges
- One (1) free exchange per order for size or color
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Contact us at info@thebuttresspillow.com to initiate an exchange
- Product must be in like-new condition with original packaging
- We'll send you the new item and provide a prepaid return label for the original
Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be in like-new condition with original packaging
- Return shipping: If the product is not defective, customer is responsible for return shipping costs (typically about $10–12 USD via USPS, depending on your location and packaging)
- If the product is defective or damaged, we cover all return shipping costs
- Refunds processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
Keep Your Keychains!
Every pillow order includes three free mini-butt keychains. If you decide to return your pillow within 30 days, those keychains are yours to keep — our gift for giving The Buttress Pillow a try. Just send back the pillow and original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll make it right:
- Free return shipping - We cover all costs for defective items
- Free replacement or full refund - Your choice
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect or damage
- We'll send a prepaid return label and process your replacement immediately

All return labels are discreet and do not display our company name or product details. Your privacy is our priority.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@thebuttresspillow.com with your order number
- Let us know if you'd like a return or exchange (and which size/color if exchanging)
- We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack your pillow securely in the original packaging
- Ship it back using the provided label
- Once received, we'll process your refund or send your exchange
Non-Returnable Items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items that show signs of excessive use or damage
- Keychains purchased as a separate item (non-returnable)
Keychain Policy: Each Buttress Pillow order includes 3 free mini-butt keychains. If you decide to return your pillow, you're welcome to keep them — our thank-you for giving butt sleeping a shot. Keychains purchased separately are non-returnable.
