Exchanges
- One (1) free exchange per order for size or color
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery

- Product must be in like-new condition with original packaging
- We'll send you the new item and provide a prepaid return label for the original
Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be in like-new condition with original packaging
- Return shipping: If the product is not defective, customer is responsible for return shipping costs (typically $8-14 USD via USPS)
- If the product is defective or damaged, we cover all return shipping costs
- Refunds processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Let us know if you'd like a return or exchange (and which size/color if exchanging)
- We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack your pillow securely in the original packaging
- Ship it back using the provided label
- Once received, we'll process your refund or send your exchange
