"I was sucked into purchasing a Buttress Pillow from a hilarious ad, and I am so glad now because I have never felt my head and neck supported so perfectly by a pillow before, It’s seriously comfortable! The cheeks spread to cradle my head, the thighs are wonderful to hug when I side sleep plus I love feeling that nice comforting handful of squishy cheek in that silky smooth fabric. I can’t tell you enough how much easier it’s been for me to fall asleep since this pillow has entered my life. You better believe I proudly stuck those free stickers that came with it onto my car bumper, the world must know! I can confidently recommend sleeping on a butt to everyone! I give this pillow 10 out of 10 booty cheeks!"

"Arrived undamaged in package. It has some weight to it contributing to its bounce when you lay your head down, the gel foam is very good. It breaths well through the foam. It is a little different than a typical pillow but it is definitely worth it. I lay on my side and my ear fits between the thighs of the pillow so my ear doesnt get too warm at night. Thats another thing, the pillow doesnt get supper hot like other pillows when laying on it. The best part about the pillow is the bouncy, jiggly nature of it. It is fun to squeeze and pet. It is hilarious but also comfy. Highly recommend even just for the novelty of it."

"I bought this pillow because of the novelty and to see how nice it actually felt. I was not disappointed. It was very comfortable. It is bouncy and squishy and has very similar tenderness to a real butt. I tend to use it most for sitting up to watch TV. I usually lay my head on the butt, but the legs are very comfortable too. I actually really like the legs because you can wrap them around your neck or face. I recommend it. I got the largest pillow and I kinda feel like getting another size too"

"When I first got mine, I was afraid that it didn't look like what it felt like. But it 100% delivers on that — it not only feels good on the neck, it feels good in general. Well, and as for the smell that people complain about in the reviews: not only could I barely smell it, it goes away pretty fast. One hundred percent would recommend."

"I need to begin with honesty. I bought this as a joke. The algorithm showed me an ad for what is, objectively, a beautifully engineered backside in leggings. Not a novelty gag. Not a weird toy. A legit pillow… shaped like an ass. Naturally, I sent it to my buddies. Naturally, the ads kept coming. Naturally… I caved. I even had to explain to my daughter: "It's honestly just a dumb pillow." Except it's not. I'm a bigger guy. I have a 25.5-inch head. I flatten most memory foam like it owes me money. The only pillows that usually survive me are the expensive ones. This thing? Different. It feels weird the first time — like you might roll off. It has that soft "wiggle" to it, almost like silicone, but it's one solid piece of memory foam that doesn't collapse. Once you settle in, it's like floating but supported. I usually sleep flat on my back. This keeps me slightly elevated and propped in a way that feels natural, not forced. My breathing is better. My mild sleep apnea is noticeably improved. I'm not waking up fighting for position. And the unexpected bonus? My lower back. It's not dramatic overnight magic, but it feels like it's slowly untangling. Like something that's been tight for years is finally getting a break. The wild part is this: It's hilarious. It's ridiculous. It makes you laugh when you unbox it. But then you wake up the next morning and realize… it actually works. There's something I genuinely respect about a product that leans fully into the joke — and then quietly overdelivers on the engineering. Would I recommend it? If you're mature enough to laugh at a pillow shaped like a butt, yes. If you want real support, better sleep posture, and less back pain — also yes. I bought it ironically. I'm reviewing it sincerely. 5/5. No regrets."

"I'm telling everyone I know including my therapist! I take people directly to the website because the social media profile has AI on it and me and my friends don't like AI, but I will say what got me to even look at the website was one of my favorite internet music artist was in one of the ads! I had to try it out because surely he wouldn't be involved in a scam. I bought the pillow, and there's no turning back! I absolutely love it for so many different reasons. All ergonomically correct pillows are going to be shaped like a butt and thighs or at least a hip bone, and I love how this company leaned into the butt aspect! Yoga pants and underwear are a hilarious touch! The quality of my sleep has improved exponentially and I no longer wake up with neck head and shoulder pains and a headache! After sleeping on a flat square for most of my life the butt pillow is definitely something to get used to, but it's worth it!"

"I realize if you have this pillow sitting out in the open on your bed, it may draw suspicious it funny looks from people. However, I'm telling you as a long term nerve pain sufferer in my neck and back, this pillow is awesome. I've had countless memory foam pillows over the years for my neck to sleep on or lounge on. This is the most comfortable. In fact I'm laying on it right now while typing out this review on my phone. My neck is comfortable and I could never do that with the pillows I sleep on without getting a pain in my neck. The pillow is the perfect amount of support, between softness and firmness. Just adjusting it slightly higher or lower behind my neck and shoulders allows me to browse on my phone, or type a message, or just talk on the phone to family and friends, while staying comfortable."
